JMA Tack Room Gets Septic System

Sure, septic systems aren’t why you come to the JMA Campground but life would be pretty miserable without them. We have begun converting our tack room into an Airbnb! Previously this room has stored saddles and all the things we need to ride horses and rope. There’s a lot less of that going on now and a lot more of the short-term rentals. Originally, we had planned on using this space as a living space many years ago, it’s crazy how things come full circle. The walls were already insulated and some of the pipes were installed when we first poured concrete years ago. Now construction has begun again.

B & M Septic

Backfilling the trench so our guests can have a nice place to stay!

Our friends at B & M Septic and Excavation Services came out today to install a septic system for the Tack Room. We thought they would probably be booked weeks out but they were actually able to squeeze us in very quickly. It didn’t take them long to finish the project either. It’s amazing how fast things are coming together on this project.
